Nice Dress...

DIY Shepard's Pie

I haven't got a picture up for this recipe yet but, in the mean time I will still tell you how you can make this fantastic meal that will be great for you and your toddler.

Things you will need:
Spatulas
Frying Pan (a deep set one)
Oven Proof Dish
Saucepan

Ingredients you will need:
Lamb Mince 500 kg
Black Pepper Mill
1 Bird's Eye Chilli
2-3 Garlic Cloves
Squeezy Pure Clear Honey
3-4 Lamb Oxo's
3 Carrots
2 Parsnips
4 Medium size Potatoes

Peel the vegetables for the mash topping and set them on the stove to boil on a high heat, in the meantime chop and crush your Chilli's and Garlic, once your vegetables are in the saucepan and start to soften you can start to cook the Lamb Mince in the frying pan. When the mince starts to turn brown  you should start to add in your chopped Chilli, Black Pepper, Crushed Garlic Cloves and a squeeze of Honey and start to stir.
Once all the the mince is brown you can add the Oxo cubes and another little squeeze of honey, also add water from the kettle until you have a thick gravy that doesn't taste of granules.
Turn the heat of the frying pan off and keep the heat of the vegetables on but, do drain the water from the saucepan then you can add a decent amount of butter, some black pepper and mash until creamy smooth.
Pour the browned mince into your oven proof dish and then add on the mash as a delicious top to your DIY Shepard's Pie.
Cook until the topping is Golden Brown ( not burnt ) !!
